**** Mamoyo retreat and Spa tulbagh

This was a horrifying experience..I booked this spa and retreat in Tulbagh Cape Town for my boyfriends birthday. According to the photos we will be staying in a beautiful dome like building, The spa treatment rooms with a beautiful swimming pool that was depicted as a stunning spa. We rocked up to a place that looked like a backyard on a plot kinda location with small wooden structures.It was absolutely not like what was advertised on social media. I payed R6300 upfront for accomodation and spa treatments and extras that i ordered from them. Which now they refuse to give back. No reception,where we could lay an complaint. Random people sitting around a fire in the corner of the property.This place was horrific and NOTHING like the pictures on social media.
