Order Paid - No Delivery

We have ordered wire and bead craft key chains with the letters KU in orange beads from Mamoyo Crafts/ Johnson Macala in January 2016 and paid R650-00 for the items and delivery and we have not received our order or tracking/ waybill number . He called us last week asking for extra R60-00 to send our items and we paid the shipping charges again just so we could get our order. We have still not received anything and he keeps coming up with excuses for not sending us the waybill/ tracking number although he said he already shipped our order. <br> <br> He keeps stalling and does not deliver on his promises. I doubt if he even made the key chains or shipped them. <br> <br> We have all the proof of payments, Facebook screenshots, Facebook messages, e-mails, whats app messages, sms messages and call log data to prove all the interactions between us and Mamoyo Crafts.
