Terrible service and dangerous food

<p>I was invited to a birthday dinner at mamma luciana's on 5th November 2016. It was my first time going to the restaurant and will most definitely be my last.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly when ordering my food i repeated to the waiter multiple times what pizza i wanted and made sure to tell him that i did not want the pizza above which has a similar name. He assured me that he would get the correct pizza. </p> <p> </p> <p>So when the pizza that i asked did not arrive instead the pizza i made it clear i did not want arrived i was quite disappointed. However not wanting to cause a scene due to it being a birthday celebration i said i would just eat the pizza. However no attempt was actually made to want to correct the situation.</p> <p> </p> <p>When biting into the second slice of the incorrect pizza i was very shocked to find i was biting into a sizable piece of glass. i was quite shocked and stopped eating the pizza. When i made the waiter aware of the situation he said he would take it away and get me the correct pizza i ordered.</p> <p> </p> <p>After this very dangerous situation no manager came to see me or tried to apologise for giving me a meal with glass in it. I was also expected to pay for the pizza. </p> <p> </p> <p>The service i received was some of the worst i have ever experienced and i would never return here and advise others to never go here again if you would not like to be served incorrect food with glass in it.</p>
