If you're looking for a rental agent to assist you in finding a property to rent or helping you manage your property, DO NOT CHOOSE AULA!

I started renting a property and 2 weeks in I was informed it was being sold. After all the inconvenient viewings, having random feature in my meeting (I work from home), it finally gets sold. We were then informed by the selling agent that if we find a place to move out before our lease ends then we must let her know so, not knowing any better, we find a house and start the process. Now it's time to move and we're being forced to pay commission, loose our deposit and pay 3 months rent...

We had offered solutions that affected absolutely Noone and we were told "NO"!

Bernice, the MD, is unfriendly, rude and lacks customer etiquette...

Stay away from Aula, they care about money and not the customers...
