Health service gone wrong.

Brought my wife to this hospital Mamelodi day hospital in a form of emergency at 04:00 am n am required to open a file for this long at 05:00 she’s still not attended to file ready bt no help service am there fore required to make her urinate as she can’t walk. As a husband I took my wife in the bathroom and indeed she did urinate I then wait for another 30minutes before she can get the results here I am being told to go home as the file is ready n I can only come in the morning at 9:00 to c her bt she’s still not help remember she was brought to the hospital in a form of emergency. I mean what kind of help are they providing if we just going to wait here n no1 assist us this is horrible indeed last time I was here almost the same scenario with my mother about 6years ago. If this is what my government is providing as health service am really done with public health care I might asweel pay for what will serve me ryt.
