Harassment and Unprofessional bombarding of prospective clients

Disgusting!! How is it possible for a business's sole purpose to be HARASSMENT???

for the past week I have been receiving daily calls ranging between 6 & 7 calls each day. The personnel are not even properly trained which is clearly shown by the manner in which they speak to you.

The last call I had I told the lady that I was not interested in the funeral policy which has been forced onto me for the past week.

Her response; NOTHING NOT A WORD!! She literally clicks her tongue and drops the phone!

This company has no tact and their staff are very rude!! Serious reevaluation is required as a company can not build a relationship with a client, existing or potential, when they are so busy harassing and annoying them 24/7
