Annoying calls

I have been called by this company OVER and OVER and OVER again, day after day. I've blocked their calls. I did not apply for debt counselling yet they won't stop calling me. I have phoned and emailed time and again for them to remove me from their "system" and after being promised that I would be removed, I was still not removed and I continue getting these annoying calls. I am sick of it.
