Thank you for exceptional service

On 6 May 2022, I went to to Mambo's at Rembrandt Mall in Paarĺ because I was urgently looking for two jaffel makers. Mr. Henk Jansen who assisted me told me that they had only one available. He phoned the Bellville branch of Mambo's who informed him that they had stock. M. Henk Jansen was kind enough to offer to collect the jaffel maker from Mambo's in Bellville, as he resides in that area. On Friday, 10 May 2022 I collected the second jaffel maker from the Paarl branch.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Henk Jansen for the exceptional service that he provided. He certainly went the extra mile and this level of service is almost unheard of in South Africa.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him.
