Still waiting for my order 3 months later

I ordered online 3 months ago and i have never received my order,i called them several times and sent them emails ,they transfer my call to the online department but the phone it’s on voicemail.What so hurtful is that the things i ordered was for my daughter’s birthday party packs for school which was in the beginning of August.I have never received any emails or calls from them,on what’s it’s delaying my order.This is the worst online shop ever…..3 months later i’m still for my order or refund me please
