Pathetic service and communication

Communication with the people working at this place is incredibly bad, if you use them, pray that your order is correct, otherwise its a struggle. I recently ordered some storage items, when it arrived it had wheels missing, I then needed one more. I ordered a 3rd one with a few extra items and called to say I have Items missing. It has now been 9 days and still nothing. When I contacted them I was inform it will be 12 days of waiting, they also tried to lie about sending emails, nothing was received and the missing wheels from the first order is forgotten. All they can say is "it is the information they got", nothing more nor ever a pre-email. You have to call after them for you items and they just don't care.
