Never buy from these people!!!

Good Afternoon,

Yesterday, myself, my husband and my two children had gone to Mambo's store in Cape Gate in search of a basket for one our bedrooms.

We had just come from another store across the road and had placed our bags in a Mambo trolley and had gone into to purchase a basket.

Upon paying, my husband had stood outside with our children and our items in the trolley and was advised by one of the gentleman there that we could use the trolley as we items in it and we had bought an item from Mambos.

Well, never in my life! I was then followed by one of your Mambo's employees like myself and my family were ********s through our entire walk through to other shops because he wanted the trolley.

If we are not allowed to use the trolley, then fine we would have taken our stuff out the trolley and walked with them but my husband asked and your staff members said it was okay.

To only then follow me around and make me look like a ********! No apology or explanation! I eventually outside the spar, told my husband to get a spar trolley so this man could take the mambo's trolley, not even a thank you or I am sorry or nothing, he just grabs the trolley and leaves! I am so angry right now! It is disgusting to have your customers feel this way!

I want answers on this matter, I want an apology for this and best know it I will be returning the item I bought because I will never support a company that makes their customers feel like ********s because they are using a trolley! Damn Disgusting!
