Mambos service on returns is pathetic

Manageress Robyn *** refuses to refund me R6.00 for damaged food storage containers. I returned the pack of 10 and she says I "used" the containers. Clearly, I had tried to put food in it before we saw the lids don't close. She seems quite happy for me to take this to court over a measly pack of plastic containers (priced at R19.99) and only will refund me R14.00. I cant even comprehend the lack of customer service skills and managerial attitude of this rude and unhelpful, and unreasonable woman. Mambos should be ashamed of employing such a manager. I guess I will see you in court, Robyn.
