Mambo's Paarl

Very disappointed with Paarl branch and will in future not support them any more. I have bought over R6k worth of tables, chairs, stationery and toys from them over the last year for my business Velvet Kids Party Rentals, I am on their system and have ALWAYS received a 5% discount (always paying cash). Today however I sent my son to purchase 2 tables and 8 chairs and telling him to say for me so that I can get my discount. Arrogant employee asked him for a card (I know nothing of the card, was never offered to me or asked of me to have) which he obviously could not present and their answer to that: No card, no discount, so he just paid in the difference to the amount I gave him. Your service and attitude does not sit well with me and will go and buy somewhere else. All the plastic stores sells those tables and chairs and maybe good idea to think about that in future in stead of chasing loyal customers away for the sake of a stupid card and 5% discount.
