Atrocious service !!!
Purchased a 28cm pan at MAMBOS CapeGate on 18/8/2024. After a few uses the handle became loose and was tightened once. Once tightened a second occasion, we returned the pan to obtain a refund. A refund was processed into my ABSA Checking account, but today Saturday, 5/10/2024, the refund has not been paid. Obciously the Merchant has not forwarded the documentation to the Bank to have the refund processed!!!!??????

We apologise for the inconvenience.
We have followed up with our store manager, they have sent the pan to the supplier and the refund takes up to 7 days to process. We will call head office tomorrow to find out the status of the refund and if not resolved we will issue a cash refund from the store and a new pan from another supplier.
