These people are absolute *******. They deducted 9995 from my account today after i had canceled this contract in 2019. I dont live in Johannesburg i haven't lived there for almost 2 years and out of the blue the decided to take this ridiculous amount from my account. When i queried they tell me that the contract was never cancelled and i owe 10500. They have been actively going to the resident knowinh that i no longer live there. The unit has no signal yet i am still being billed. They have even charged me for call outs.
