Shame on you

So I hear our local armed response company, Mamba Security, is doing it again. already understaffed, now suspending ppl and giving long leave, causing those few that are left to work long 18 and 24 hour shifts without rest days in between, but just beware if anyone should fall asleep on duty or not perform at optimal, goodbye monthly bonus and you get a fine, never mind not being able to spend quality time with your family, especially over the festive period. there poor guys already get so under paid and then this sort of stress still gets hung over them. Shame on you Mamba security, but what do you care, so long as we your customers dont find out and so long as the money keeps coming in and you can spend time with your families what does it matter what happens to your employees. But you forget, you now have more competition in this area and we can easily move. And dont bother trying to deny it just go and speak to your control room employees and see how they feel.
