Service completely lacking

Have actuated test alarms with no or poor (30 minute) response. Have reported dangerous driving by their officers. All confirmed by E Mail and meetings with 'senior' staff but no response whatsoever from Mamba management regarding our security coverage in an over 50's residential village<br> Mamba makes a great show of how good they are, but it comes down in our experience to driving round in flashy cars and ignoring the basics of what a security company should be doing.
