Response time too long

I phoned this morning at 8 o'clock to report a man lying on the pavement. It took me THREE phone calls and it took Mamba 30 MINUTES to respond. Managers Barry, Jonathan and Kevin were not in and their Secretary could only take a message. This man could have been drunk, injured or dead. NOBODY STOPPED and helped, they all walked /drove past. The reaction time in this instance was shocking !!
