Pathetic and unprofessional service taking people's money and not returning for no services

It has been a month ago that Mamba came to our area. Sold their system said the first payment would be end of December then stalled as if they did not want to give you that apparently free month offered. We then had no contact after signing up and yet on the day they were at our property wanted immediate payment for admin and some other fee which we transferred. I then emailed Ryan the general manager who did not respond and then after several emails he still did not respond or return my calls as I had cancelled this pathetic service and wanted my monies back. Is this day light *******. Taking peoples money and then becoming silent. I have even sent my bank details but still I am being ignored. Is my next step court because i will not rest until my monies are returned. I will not be ****** not even for a small amount by Mamba. Give back what is not yours period!
