Manager not returning calls after armed response

I have left numerous messages for Veronique the manager of the armed response and control room. On 2 separate occasions and days last week, the alarm was triggered. We received an sms but no phone call or security guard responded...<br> Do we start looking for a new security company and cancel????? What does it take to get the courtesy of having a phone call returned???
