Worst possible security company to have in Gauteng. Control Room never phone when your alarm or beams activate. It’s always a cover up of ground teams that either never arrive or arrive 30+ minutes after alarm activation. Street addresses are part and partial which confuses ground teams?? Are they not fami**** with the area they serve? So tired of your lies whilst your Operations Director has with my last 5 incidents since October 2019 not once gave a courtesy call to even remedy the situation. You are leaving paying customers as sitting ducks when crime is rife in Gauteng. May all lives be spared and never one lost due to your incompetence.
