Bad management and Bribing

First problem is that there's a manager called Malusi, who demands money in order to hire poor job seekers, 1500 and 1000 to some people. He then iltreats you to point of firing or terminating a contract so he can get his next victim. He borrows money from employees and never pays back. If you quit ,they don't pay you for the days you have worked. He threatened a few people, that if they dont borrow him money he will get them fired. HR will promise to pay and still not pay ,if you call the office you are told that HR will never help with anything. I wonder if the owner top management ate aware of everything happening.
