Positive energy from Marco

I run a small informal cooked food stall that also deliveries all around my area (Rabie Ridge) and surrounding suburbs,like most businesses we have been somewhat affected by the recent economical situation that has been influenced by the pandemic,it is a stressful and uncertain period but that has not dampened Marco from Mamashes Butchery from providing amazing service,he is always eager to make life easier,he is extremely helpful,courteous ,efficient ,makes one feel at ease in these trying times,I had a situation with one of their meats and I was uneasy about opening up to any of their stuff members as we are used to poor service in the township,but once Marco heard of my situation,he jumped onto the situation,gave me compensation for the unfortunate situation ,explained to me what had happened and insured me that it would not happen again in future,I felt so happy and relieved because I had lost some of my customer's faith because of the the earlier incident,but with his reaction and handle on the matter I was then able to reciprocate to my customers and regain their trust. Thank you so much Marco,you shall be seeing me a lot often in your shop Sir,your meat is always fresh ,your presence in the shop uplifts my mood at all times.
