Poor customer service experience

Unfortunately, our experience at Mamasamba Restaurant today was very disappointing. We were seated and given menus, but after that we were completely ignored. We waited for nearly 30 minutes without anyone coming to take our order or even checking on us. Eventually, we decided to leave because we felt unattended and unvalued as customers. Good customer service starts with acknowledging guests and taking their orders within a reasonable time. I hope the restaurant improves its service so that future customers have a much better experience.
