Bad stuff service

I am disappointed because I had a lovely experience with the environment of the place, however management and stuff that was handling my query they were not so professional and they cared the less

I had payed the bill at the restaurant I swiped at first it showed on their side that it didn’t go through, however the money went off my account , the manager at that time said I should swipe again Because the money will return to my account, however it didn’t

I had called in spoke to a manager called sandile he asked that I should send proof that this happened I did , he than said admin is looking into it and they’ll get back to me

He also advised that I should call again if I don’t get any help, I did a lady picked up the phone saying that I should come to the restaurant instead

Kanjan cuz it’s ****en money to even go there? Like this is annoying
