Worst experience ever

I bought Cornish Flavour pies from Pick n Pay Northgate, the worst, most horrible, salty pies I have ever tasted in my life.. The whole family had to throw everything in the bin.. And now I cannot go back to Pick n Pay and request for a refund, since there's no proof, however I do have a slip with me.. I've just lost money, I'm even scared that the pies might have been spoiled even before the expiry date.. Please advise on how I can be reimbursed the money, I do have a slip should you require for one, I cannot just let my money go down the drain just like that.. I now have to order in to make up for dinner, of which is another unplanned expense.. Awaiting your response in anticipation.
