Peppersteak pies

I bought a box of pepper steak pies as i usually do. however after baking the pies i ate the first one a bit into a piece of sinue or lord knows what but it resembled a jelly like substance the size of a 5 rand coin, followed by another piece of this. i then emailed Hjheinz customer care with photos and the cant even call me to appologize. i am disgusted with them and the customer service or lack the of.
