Not a loyal client anymore

I am shocked at the discovery i made in my pies last night. I bought two boxes and the pies were all broken. i am so disgusted by this. i am aware that this is a handle problem from the suppliers i bought it from or from the warehouse. this is a he said she said problem. this should not happen because i am a loyal customer or use to be. i had to throw all the pies away
