Mamas pies

After a very disappointing encounter with a product from this company, it was encouraging to see the quick response in rectifying the problem. Bought some Mamas' Pepper steak pies and Sausage rolls, which turned out to be, not up to standard. Checked on Hello Peter just to find that this is a ongoing issue, and that the Company did not even respond to complaint's, phoned their Managerial branch in Cape Town, and after a bit of back and forth, spoke to a very helpful lady who turned out to be the consumer relations Manager, within 2 days my complaint was sorted, and I was reimbursed for the unacceptable product, with a further promise of proper attention to the complaints on hello Peter.Thats what I call good service, and therefore my rating of five stars.
