Feedback to consumers

Good day,

I ve been buying Mamma's pies for years now and I was very disapointed with my last purchase... When I make pies for dinner I have to use at least 2 boxes of pies. Our favourate is the pepper steak and chicken & mushroom pie. So I buy a few boxes at a time but I was never as dissapointed as this week

As you can see on the foto's below, there was hardly any meat in the filling. Lots of sauce but 3 tiny pieces of steak. If you look at how you advertised it and was actually the opposite of what was inside.

Makes me really wonder if I should buy these in future or just make my own...

Very unhappy customer

I have sent the above e-mail to Mamma's Pies Customer Care on the 12/11/2021 and did not even receive an aknowledgement of receipt....

Guess that answers my question of trying their brand again or just making my own
