Waiting for purchase

I have ordered a hands free breast pump and milk bags from Mamamoo over a month ago think I’ve been ****med only received confirmation but no shipping info etc been trying to get in to contact with them chatted to a lady once who was polite and told me that my parcel was next in line and would be shipped out shortly , however still nothing a few weeks later so have messaged but keep getting blue ticked . Really hoping they have very terrible admin skills but beginning to worry I’ve lost all the money i paid for these items and won’t see them ever .
