Bad Company

This is a very bad company to work for, there is no professionalism from the management and mostly the staff is not happy but because of their dictatorship you end up not being able to state your issues to them. I resigned on the 2nd of February and served a two weeks notice as per requirement and all was done accordingly, I then submitted my provident fund claim forms along with my resignation letter, I was immediately removed from their medical aid scheme as of 28 February, email was sent immediately to the medical aid company and all was communicated. Now the only thing they did not do was to submit all the necessary documents to the Provident Fund company, I have been awaiting payment since the 2nd of March only to find that they have not paid out the last payment to the provider for February and that was 20 days later which was on the 20th of March then they decided to make that payment as per my knowledge they were supposed to make payment within 7 days after my resignation date. I am now suffering, I cannot pay my child's school fees, I could not buy his crèche accessories and can't even pay a settlement for my loan which is now due on the 31st of March failure will result to my name being blacklisted. They are a disgusting company to work for, my resignation reason was because Medical aid increased, Tax increased and Provident fund but they did not increase our salaries, worse of all you pay full amounts for all these things, the company contributes nothing at all yet when there are increases they don't bother increasing salaries.
