Malvilox - ********* business and labour practices implemented and deemed too acceptable.

I worked for this company as their Technical and Maintenance manager from Sept 2018 till end March 2019 and chose to resign from their service based on their ********* business conduct and greed as no amount of effort you put in was ever enough and the unexpected is expected of you because you are part of "Management".

The day I resigned I was informed that I am not required to work my 30 day notice and received a letter from them (the company) stating that my last month's salary including accumulated leave pay for the 7mnths x 1.5days will be paid by no later than end April. Now they refuse to pay my monies due and I had to revert to the CCMA for assistance and I know I will loose more than what is due to me.

A fair warning to all venturing to do business with this company and individuals beware and be afraid. They will ***** you over without hesitation, they will use and abuse you and when there is nothing left to offer they will kick you to the curb.
