Malvern medical center very unprofessional
These people contacted me last year about a account outstanding. I told the lady i can pay it of in 2 installments she refused. Then they kept sending sms account overdue and they handing it over. A debt collection agency sent me a email for the amount i rep**** to their link to contact them plus even called them they dont answer. Now this place is calling family members and worrying them about the account yet they did not have their numbers so how they got it o don't know.. Pathetic seriously. Get ****** people who understand what they doing there to work. This account could have been paid off long ago if not for the arrogant lady that refused to give me a payment arrangement of which i only asked that time because my mom passed away and I was short of cash to pay the full amount as i used money what i had to sort funeral arrangements out but still was willing to pay the account of in 2 payments and she refused. I will now look into how to report them for contacting people that have nothing to do with this account.
