Malutisky - *********** Airline
<p>I booked a flight ticket a week in advance with malutisky a flight company based in Lesotho.</p> <p>The flight was to leave on the 22 July at 5pm. <br />All hotel arrangements were made for the weekend of the 22 July.</p> <p>After being at the airport anticipating the arrival of my grandmother. At 5.30pm the Malutisky offices called and informed me the flight is cancelled without any explanation.</p> <p>She has a high blood pressure checkup appointment for the next mornimg at 8am. <br />The service was very bad, and they tell you to refer to terms and conditions to check that their aeroplane can break down at any time and they can cancel as and when they like. <br />They informed us the plane broke as it landed.</p> <p> </p> <p>The following day the "makeup" flight was to depart at 11am, it did not, instead they said 3pm, but will confirm only when the plane had taken off. They dont know themselves when the plane is actually leaving! </p> <p> </p> <p>Malutisky has been very ***********, dropping calls and bad service all round.</p> <p>I am left to wait in uncer*****y and cannot honour of the plans made for my Grandmother. </p> <p><br />I would never recommend Malutisky to anyone, this was my first and last experience with them and would rather drive there and back.</p>
