Bad Customer service

Bad service, ****s and ******* we booked 2 rooms for 2nights, we requested a wheelchair friendly and asked them if their place is accessible they said yes and requested we pay because the place is full which was all lies. when we get there after we drove 400km the place was not accessible at all we had to call them to explain that we can't get in they send us to other place which was also inaccessible now they don't want to refund us claiming its non refundable, we had to sleep in other guesthouse and pay again. we want that money because it was not our fault, looks like they ***** people's money with that accommodation
