Maluti a phofung municipality asleep

Municipality is just nowhere or something else. No offices , unanswered calls from office and even the councilor can't answer her personal two. I'm in ward6 , skoomplaas the manhole is in my neighbor's yard it's been leaking sewerage non stop , we can't enter our yards when it is really in bad mood.

House 🏠 no 2566 plz help. Even the mayor office, just ringing non stop no response. I'm affraid as kids are home something bad may happen, then that's when reaction than pro active is gonna happen.
