Kestell becoming a waste dumping site.

No waste removal in Kestell, Free State. People dump all their waste at the top of Blignaut and van Rensburg Streets. At the moment three carcasses of calves are rotting their among tonnes of household waste. Stench, flies and vermin makes living here unbearable.
