Most terrible experience dealing with Maltech Business Consultant

The most terrible and unprofessional consultancy i have dealt with.

Its been a year after paying fees for services and nothing has been done, no feedback, no communication to client, no assurance at all.

Each and every time, i am the one who had to call Innocent Muchererwa Matara and follow up, not even a single day after taking my money, did he make an initiative to communicate with his client. To be exact, my last communication, he didn’t even know my number or who i was. After trying to charm me with nonsence about loosing contacts, he promissed to meet with me on a certain day to take photo verification. 3 months later, i am still waiting for that call.

After trying to engage with him, they no longer answer my calls, nor emails, nothing. How a grown man can receive someone’s money and spend with no remorse is scary.

Save your money and run away, rather deal with professional reputable companies. That is my personal experience backed with emails that never got responded, a paid invoice with nothing at all delivered.
