Poor and abusive service from staff
Such actions not only breach trust but expose a culture of ************ over customer safety and courtesy. Wise leadership knows that policies and licenses must be communicated prior to service, not sprung as traps; uncommunicated rules that compel over-drinking violate SA law, and refusing police involvement when requested betrays any claim to legitimacy. Rectify this forthwith: Train staff to disclose regulations upfront, align policies with legal imperatives, and instill respect as the cornerstone of service. M
