Referring back to a bad comment

I am just reffering back to what this person has comented about Malls tiles cape town ,Thaaqieb , Well I think you over reacted when writing this review about Sanet , I myself have been at Malls Tiles and Sanet Was excelent in her customer service and she helped me very quikly , I would also like to mention that I am not the only one that thinks Sanet is One of the best sales ladys at Malls Tiles , and that many people have Complimented her by management on her great Customer Service , So Please If you are going to Right a review to bad mouth someone Please just Have facts , Im sure if you ask other customers what they think of Sanet they will tell you How Great she is at what she does
