MALLS TILES - *******

i bought 5 pockets tile cement on 22 april 2018. Yesterday 05 may2018 when i went to return 1 extra bag cement , they advised me the cement is gone hard yet the bag is completely sealed & untouched.

the managers are completely useless & unhelpful as i explained to them all that the cement was on a pallet & in my garage from the day it arrived to the day i picked it up to return. Due to poor packaging, i cannot get my money back.

i gave them over R30000.00 of business but to refund me R80 it becomes a major hassle. its not about the money but the principle of their poor packaging leads to my loss. what if i had more cement to return , which would lead me to greater losses, & a waste of my time & fuel.
