Mall tiles durban bad service

We went to mall tiles in Durban we were assisted and got a quotation after which we asked how much are we to pay then we gave out the amount eventually we were told they are going to work out a discount with a floor manager but to our suprise there was no discount but they took out one type of tiles so the total quote will be in the region of what we can pay and delivery date was agreed upon they even called to confirm but they delivered on the day of their comfort when no one was available to take stock of the delivery. I personal feel when buying a bit bulk tiles they take chances with you
