Father gets hurt on-site nobody is helping

I’m not one to do this but I’m really appalled at the Management team at Malls Tiles, Paarden Eiland Yesterday my dad went there to go look at some tiles as he was walking he slipped and fell in the store, the floor was wet .. he wasn’t even offered a seat as he was reporting this in pain, He tried to report this incident but was ignored and said they have to report to the Head Office mind you my dad is recovering from a stroke and he is 60 years old , he went there today and still nothing was told that management is in a meeting , he tried to go to the doctor as he is in severe pain from the fall but the doctor said he had to get a letter of acknowledgement from the Company before he can treat him . There is no safety measures or care from the management team . The safety officer ?? Or atleast someone to look like they care .. If your customers don’t mean anything to you and you think you can get away with just ignoring people not this . We have a picture of the manager that dealt or didn’t deal or solve this matter as they should.
