False advertising

What false advertising. Looked at their adverti*****t in the news paper where they had a nice design tile for sale. Drove to their store and was directed to isle no 2 where I could not find the tile, then salesperson directed me upstairs to first floor where I could not find the tile. Eventually asked for manager however he was apparently busy. Now assistant manager took me to same isle and I explained that that was not the tile that was advertised. His reply was look as the conditions that say \tiles are for display purposes "and the ones advertised was grade 3 tiles. Eventually he took me back upstairs and those tiles also did not match the description. Very poor service and expensive tiles"
