Disgruntled customer

Hello Peter I need your help. I bought ceramic tiles from Malls tiles in Paarden Island, in Cape Town in March amounting to R14000,00. They sold me tiles that are difficult to clean and stain easily. They sold us these tiles under false pretense. I complained immediately to the sales lady who recommended the tiles to me but till now they are uncooperative and evasive and they are treating this situation lightly. It is so frustrating.
