Damaged Caused By Delivery More Than Cost of Tiles

<p>Ordered tiles for our courtyard and have regretted it since. Sales service was fine but delivery is where the issue happened. They used a industrial large forklift that broke my paved drive way and then dropped the pallet so hard it broke the wooden crate and cracked all the tiles on my veranda where the placed it. After that the forklift driver didn't know how to reverse and ended up bumping into walls, drove into our gate and its motor and eventually we had to convince the actual truck driver to reverse it himself. It took us 5 weeks to get them to replace the broken tiles that were in the crate and still they haven't assisted in my broken driveway, broken veranda, chipped walls ( large chunks where they hit it ), etc... Don't buy from them - I now have to spend money to more than the value of the tiles to fix my driveway and all my walls.</p> <p>The lady tasked to help us never gets back to us - Jeanette van der Westhuizen ( Amin Manager ) and when she does she promises assistance and then nothing happens.</p>
