Poor service at Mall @ Reds

When you go to this bank, please do pack a picknick basket as it generally takes two hours...two hours to be helped by customer service which only has two clerks while other employees enter in and out of the bank, two tellers have occasional custumors they attend to. Yet they claim to have world class service..
