THINK TWICE BEFORE CONSIDERING RENTING A SPACE Hello fellow business owners...

I just want to warn you against Reds Mall and any idea you might have of becoming a tenant. (DONT DO IT!!!) We have been tenants for 5 years now always paying rent on time with no issues. We have put up with their horrible service for far to long.

Dear in this Covid 19 pandemic we have been forced to close our doars and yet we have been given no relief in the form of any discount to rent or any assistance at all. We have been charged for electricity and parking numarious hidden costs that we have not even used in this period. We are shocked to hear that other malls have given their tenants some sort of relief even up to no payments required. But Reds mall still demands full rent plus added expenses that we have not used. We have emailed them asking for assistance with no prevail and the only time we get any sort of reply is when they demand their rent. They have no care in the world for any of their tenants regardless of the years you have spent with these people.

PLEASE I BEG YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE EVER CONSIDERING BECOMING A TENANT!
