Mall @ Reds - Security and Customer Relation Issues

My experiences with the security, and management of this centre have frankly been underwhelming and are a cause for alarm. My car was broken into on Wednesday the 28th of October, whilst there were two car guards upon arrival to the centre and returning to my car. On top of this, the security for the centre stated that the CCTV footage was 'unavailable', and the property holding company seems to simply not care about rectifying these matters. Whilst theft happens on a daily basis, the recurring theft at this shopping mall is deeply disconcerting, even more so considering there is seemingly nothing being done to rectify this. I would caution anyone to steer clear of Mall @ Reds if they wish to avoid dissatisfaction with customer relations, and substandard security protocols.
